Spring Maintenance Tips

• Check for damage to your roof
• Remove any dead trees hanging over roof to prevent future damage
• Check all the fascia and trim for deterioration
• Clean & repair any leaks in gutters. 

• Inspect crawlspace or basement for any moisture intrusion or unwanted critters that have moved in without a lease

• Be mindful when planting new flowers & plants if they could be potentially harmful to dogs & cats
• Check fences to keep furry friends and little ones in and safe.
• Check downspouts, drains, or extensions to ensure water is directed away from your foundation.
• Re-seal deck if needed to prolong longevity 
• Re-caulk or re-seal around windows and/or trim if needed

• Check fire extinguishers and replace, if necessary. Replace batteries in smoke detectors and test.
• Program fans to circulate in other direction
• Clean clothes dryer exhaust duct, damper, and space under the dryer
• Clean windows and screens inside and out

• Have a professional HVAC contractor inspect and maintain your AC system as recommended by the manufacturer
